In recent months within the debate of dialogue, there are voices that alter Kosovo's division or exchange of territories as a solution.
Meanwhile, Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has already institutionalised the request of the Presevo Valley -- Medvedja's Bujanoc for joining Kosovo.
But he refuses to show what Kosovo will do in exchange for the Valley, until Serbia was a long time ago, it has openly demonstrated the claim of north annexation.
Several top Serbian officials, including then minister Ivica Dacic, have publicly stated partition.
