Serbia with red players to stop all Albanians from Valley holding posts in Kosovo

Xhemail Halili, director of procurement in the Kosovo Assembly, says that a week ago he was not allowed to go to his hometown in Presevo, with the reason that his name is on a list of Serbian authorities calling it <x0-edge”.
He says the same has happened to his two colleagues, who are from Presevo Valley but who live in Pristina, and that they have received no explanation so far.
If the European Union does not intervene to force Serbia to honour the agreements it has signed, then Kosovo will function on the basis of reciprocity. So Jethlir Zyberaj, deputy prime minister and Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli, told public television.
While for analyst Ymer Mushkolaj the problem lies in the agreement signed with Serbia, an agreement that, according to him, is not in Kosovo's favour, because at first, the principle of reciprocity had to be implemented.
Although it is late named as the process, Mushkolaj says setting reciprocity with Serbia would have its own effects, and would send a message to Serbia that it cannot deal with Kosovo citizens thus.
Otherwise yesterday, the Hivzi Islami Academy, born in Letavica of Bujanoc, has twice been rejected from going home. Islam was not allowed to go to Presevo even on August 8th, while other family members traveling with it were allowed. Border police in both cases have not provided any explanation.
