Sali Berisha versus partition: Serbia must get no palm of Kosovo

Through his writing, Berisha says knowing Serbia's right, the power lost from the war, to present territorial claims on Kosovo is a major and historical error. The “is in some ways a breach of the goal and result of the war and the surrender of Serbia”, he says.

Berisha says the Republic of Kosovo has been declared and recognised as an independent state with its current international borders, towards Serbia, he says, there is no right and should not be recognised any right to claim even one hand of land in Kosovo's territory.

In fact, Berisha says Serbia is only seeking to trade. The valley, he says, must be the peace Valley of unbeatable bass.

Meeting with the delegation of the Albanian Democratic Party of Presevo, led by Mr. Ragmi Mustafa!

These days I waited at a meeting for the delegation of the Albanian Democratic Party of Presevo, led by Mr. Ragmi Mustafa.

At this meeting, Mr. Mustafa introduced me to the hard state of Albanians in the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, violating their human freedoms and rights, the new albanophobic policies of the Belgrade authorities aimed at negligating the glorious history of the Lugina Albanians and their culture. For these purposes, said Mr. Mustafa, Belgrade has prepared the new Serbian Albanofob law for the removal of monuments and historical references to Albanians in the Valley of Presevo and the New Pazar under total Serbisation and the assimilate of minorities.

He stressed that the DPA demands the necessity of recognising the rights that Serbia is seeking for the assistance of Serb municipalities in Kosovo even for the association of Albanian municipalities in the Presevo.

On my part, I stressed that Albanians in the Moors are today the most oppressed and copyrighted minority in Europe by Serbian authorities, excluded from infrastructure investments and other areas. Serbia, requires super-rights for Serbs in Kosovo and denies, contrary to the international agreements it has signed, the rights of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, but also in the New Bazaar and throughout its territory.

I estimated that Albanian Valley authorities seriously implemented Concul's agreement, while Belgrade failed to implement but chose to violate this agreement. I said I was disappointed even with the attitudes of the Tirana and Pristina aurorities towards major political, economic, infrastructure-infrastructural problems of residents of Presevo municipalities, Bujanovac and Medvedja.

Both governments start the aid with a lot of ridiculous 100 thousand euros and instead of growing significantly from year to year, they cut it off altogether. In September, we're going to demand that the budget be added voice to the valley municipalities.

The Moors of the Moors need to guarantee their rights in line with the European Convention on Human Rights, Investment and Development, and not to be used for Serbia's interests in trade territories. It is an undeniable fact that Serbia has always wanted to be used as a market robbery and exchange of territories. Personally I have been and am always about the invulnerability of Kosovo's borders and any kind of fragmentation, division or trade with its territory and against any discussion on these issues. I think knowing Serbia's right, the power lost by war, presenting territorial claims against Kosovo is a big and historical error, is in some ways a disarray of Serbia's purpose and the outcome of war and surrender. But this is also a Kosovo deregulation released in 1999, known in international documents and over 115 countries included 95% of the world's free countries.

I stressed that the Republic of Kosovo has been declared and recognised as an independent state with its current international borders against Serbia has no right and should not be recognised any right to claim even a territory of Kosovo.

Stressing that Kosovo has no debt to Serbia and that it does not have any lands in its territory since the opposite is true, I said to accept the idea of partitioning Kosovo in one way or another supports Belgrade's idea and effort for Greater Serbia at the expense of Kosovo. In our region, areas with three minority municipalities like Mitrovica are some and the opening of a precedent that Serbs in Mitrovice seek would undermine peace and stability throughout the region.

Serbian Minority in Kosovo, in accordance with the Ahtsar Document, has been proclaimed supernourients. He has been given rights and guarantees that he has no minority in Europe, so Serbia's claim for the three Mitrovica municipalities has nothing to do with guaranteeing the freedoms and rights of Serbs but only with the continuation of the Serbian idea and is the territorial claim to an independent sovereign state with the purpose of transforming Kosovo!

I stressed that there is no difference even in the case of “overlaping” of territories since Serbs have been the ones who have always sought out and with pathological persistence, even before declaring independence for the Republic of Kosovo, division or trade with its territories. The truth is, in this case Serbia seeks to trade, to use Albanian territories as market robbery, as it is concerned by the growing wake of national consciousness to Albanian residents of the New Bazaar.

For all of this, I said that I am strictly opposed and that I have the conviction that these destabilizing efforts of Serbia will fail. I stressed that any agreement and any solution should be a deal between the two independent countries that recognise and respect each other's territorial integrity.

You shouldn't in any way be the cause for these deals. The valley must be the valley of peace, the invincible bastion of values, the Albanian and European world, equal citizens before the law, and if Serbia does not accept these principles it does not require agreement but conflict and destabilisation! sb
