Ox0 session The SEU in Kosovo is shocked and saddened by the terrible murders in Gjakova of Valbona Noecaj and her 9-year-old daughter from her husband”, said in a post on the official page of O SBE on Facebook.
This post says that this tragedy highlights the need for higher social awareness and stronger response of the law enforcement bodies to domestic violence.
