The law even allows them to do so, thus creating opportunities for corruption and illegal transactions and damaging their integrity and reputation.
This is only one of the findings that is included in the UNDP draft report about the risk of corruption in the Kosovo Lawyers' Oda. A copy of this document has already provided “Koha Ditore”.
A host of irregularities and violations have been demonstrated within this draft report, starting from entering the lawyer's profession during the practice of long disciplinary procedures. Also, the lack of accountability by the OAK management over budget spending has been stressed.
