Rarely, for 40 days they cross the Atlantic with the rowboat

His name is Rice Carlson, and he accomplished this for less than 40 days, improving the previous record by nearly two weeks (53 days, 8 hours, 26 minutes).
This new record is already expected to be formalised by Ocean Rowing Society. Rice Carlson was launched 27 June from the area of Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada, the nearest area to Europe, thus describing within 40 days a distance of 2,000 miles.
