According to PZAP leader Mule Descu, most political parties have repaid their debts, while unpaid only 16 thousand euros remain.

Almost all political parties participating in the October 22nd local elections were sentenced by the Election Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre for contempt of the Electoral Law and violations of the Code of Courtesy. Mula Descu, leader of PZAP, says that for violations committed during the local election campaign, 15 political parties were sentenced. He tells Radio Kosovo what the total value of pronounced sentences was and how many tools have been injected.

The total of fines pronounced for the October 22nd local election process has been 257 thousand and 350 euros. Of that, 241 thousand and 350 euros have been paid, 16 thousand euros remaining, said Descu.

According to PZAP leader, the parties that have not yet paid the fines are Alternatives and the Turkish Justice Party. Descu said agreement has been reached with the first one to pay fines.

PZAP, for parties that failed to comply with the election code in early parliamentary elections, had pronounced 348 thousand and 900 euros, which have already been paid. Descu also speaks of parties which were fined mostly for violations made.

“For local elections is mostly fined The LDK, with a total of 78 thousand and 550 euros. As far as early elections for Kosovo's June 11th 2017 early elections are concerned, fines are mostly pronounced against the coalition PDK-AAK-Nisma, and the sum has been 158 thousand euros”, PZAP leader Mula Descu said.

For failing to respect the Code of Goodwill and break the election silence, for early parliamentary elections, fines were condemned by the LDK-AKR-Alternative Coalition with over 71 thousand euros -- the Vetevendosje Movement of over 62 thousand euros -- the Serbian List of over 35 thousand euros, as well as other parties participating in the election of more than 20,000 euros.
