A random passerby cannot see where Pristina ends and the village of Zlatar begins, but the proximity of this village to the capital has served almost nothing for good.
The village, located four kilometers from Pristina's top centre, has no asphalted roads, urban transport, or aquifer.
The residents of this village, who refused to appear in front of the KALLXO.com camera, told us that these problems are inexorable.
They showed that they consume free water from natural sources of surrounding mountains, while the Pristina municipality project that has been for road regulation in this village has ended where Matiqani ends.
Platar village representative Ismet Haziri told KALLXO.com that institutions have not seen the reasons for resolving problems and that good citizens' projects end where the electoral campaign ends.
“Unfortunately the problem of urban transport of the residents of Zlatar is past, is linked since Isa Mustaf's second term, where municipal institutions have not found a reason to solve this problem, I think it's not good to have things related to politics, but unfortunately seeing political culture see that at the moment of end of campaigns, the projects for citizens are completed and back to public-party projects” Haziri told KXO.com.
