Health Minister Uran Ismaili has announced other additional measures that have been taken against medical personnel and administration staff at QKUK, who have not respected work schedules.
It's about 200 administration staff and staff who have misused their opening cards.
Minister Ismaili has said they are sometimes disappointing news coming from our hospitals, even though it is about a small number, where health professionals do not respect their work schedules.
Ismaili's scripture:
One of my priorities when I took charge of the Ministry of Health, besides buying new medical equipment and restoring hospitals and clinics, has been the return of the dignity of medical personnel. We've already realised the pay raise for custody while we're working intensively to achieve the best possible results in the Peace Act for our healthcare professionals to secure merit salaries. This mission we've started is for all citizens and medical staff. Hence, we also need their cooperation. News from our hospitals is sometimes disappointing, even though it is a small number where health professionals do not respect their work schedules. Finally, at QKUK, other misuses of personal employment verification have occurred. Some 200 doctors, nurses, and administration staff have misused them. All will be sanctioned according to legal procedures in force. We have started with the CKUK and will continue with all other public health institutions for increasing labour discipline. We will not stop at the health sector improvement mission. We can do this together.
