British media reported that the exchange of firearms occurred at around 02am.
Some of the injured are more serious but are out of danger for life.
The area is currently under surveillance and police are investigating the circumstances of the event.
The event took place at a festival known as the “Caribbean Festival”, which had ended a few hours before the event.
