Instead of the president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, this proposal, according to the president of the Party for Democratic Action, should have been made by the Kosovo Parliament, as a body of full democratic legitimacy.
The current Halimi proposal is viewed as vague, unrepressed and unkempt in the steps and manner of implementation.
Insisting that in the final phase of the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue, where the Valley's fate, part of the negotiations, is supposed to be a representative.
You see paradoxes in the current proposal, the cause of the Contact Group's principles for not changing borders. It leaves no doubt that if Kosovo violates these principles, the precedent will be used by Republika Srpska, which has long aimed at secession from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
But, it insists on clarifying the current proposal and says they are steadfast in maintaining the territorial integrity of the Valley with any agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia.
