Kadri Wessel's adviser talks about the idea of exchanging territories

Bytyci has commented on a potential rock of northern Kosovo municipalities Leposaviqi, Zubin Potok and Zvecan with three municipalities with the three Albanian majority Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanoc.
