Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini, in an authorial writing of the recently created situation in Kosovo, the open debate over the division of Kosovo respectively, says this topic is created by Serbia to produce unnecessary tensions.
He says that on issues such as dialogue, the table with political parties has been called, which, according to him, failed to achieve the goal. For this, the most blame is on the opposition, primarily the LDK, writes Periscopi.
But in the end, Wessel concluded his writing with this sentence:
Kosovo will enter the UN, NATO and the EU with its independence boundaries”.
Here's a full note:
The recent public debate over Kosovo's dialogue with Serbia has come out of the framework of a debate that helps the public, institutions and advance state processes.
With the topics raised by this debate, and the way they are being addressed, there has been an unnecessary climate of tension, fear and uncertainty in our citizens.
At the same time, Serbia, consistently interested in non-static in Kosovo, with its political-medial propaganda, using newa-face techniques, continues to contribute to this climate and trends to produce tensions.
The target effect, always the same: to create the international perception of Kosovo as a unstable and problematic country, which from day to day is expected to explode and break up!
When you pause and read the alarming opinions that are thrown into portals and other social media, you get the impression that we are on the verge of a global catalysm, whose epidre of Kosovo is located.
But let us all stop and recall how this all started.
When we proposed the party table, with the goal of democraticly talking to all the serious issues of dialogue and not only, and then through consensus and institutionally and arguing, to give the best solution to these issues -- this initiative was not met, because of party non-co-operation, totally motivated by narrow party agendas, not state.
In another phase, we proposed that consensus be built at the highest state institution in the Kosovo Assembly. We also offered for discussion the written platform and achievement of common consensus, but this too was not taken into account.
Opposition political parties in the Assembly refused to be part of state responsibility, part of the dialogue, which addresses state interests rather than political parties. Unfortunately, the old syndrome of primitive dungacaristism is showing its marks in this whole situation.
Of course, you carry the primary responsibility for this. The LDK, which, on the one hand, is highly self-promising as an institutional party, until on the other, practically acts against the institutional spirit. Respecting this spirit today, more than ever in these ten years, is the necessity and obligation of all political representatives in the country.
In this created situation, it should not be surprised why in the absence of institutional action, which produces consensus and state-owned location, debate has shifted to social media virtuality, and as a result, this debate has completely lost seriousness, to end up in a free flow of conspiracy theories and new attractions to the political map of Kosovo and the region, according to subjective preferences.
After all, though, since we live in a democratic state, we must accept the fact that people's thoughts are free. They will always be in our society.
But the decisions of Kosovo's independent and sovereign state are clear!
Under no circumstances, partitioning Kosovo will be the subject of Dialogue.
Kosovo will go to Dialog, so that its finale produce an internationally binding agreement that brings recognition to Kosovo, the seating of the UN and accelerating the path of Euro-Atlantic integration.
This is our joint agenda, with the US and the EU.
There will be no partition of Kosovo. No matter what.
The partitioning of Kosovo is one of Serbia's old claims, which have ended once and for all in 1999.
Kosovo has nothing to give.
Kosovo is an independent and sovereign state, and its territorial integrity is inconsistent.
Kosovo will enter the UN, NATO and the EU with its borders of independence.
