Lushaku-Sadriu, at four points, has clarified what further steps are in this process and what may be the risks of risking visa liberalisation, writes Periscope.
Lushak-Sadriu's writing:
The European Parliament's Commission for Civil Freedoms, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) has voted by majority PER visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
There are two important votes up to the final decision:
There will be a vote in the plenary session in the European Parliament, in which the majority will be decided for the introduction of Kosovo into the free driving area and the free zone.
There will be a vote at the Assembly of Council of Ministers in which the qualified majority of votes of member states will have to be secured.
There are also some dangers:
The support of member states (Holand and Germany has no positive mood because of possible migration). That's why our institutions have to hand out competition to member states about the control mechanisms of migration including citizen information.
Political actions and the Kosovo judge. Any political decision that affects borders and court processes that violate justice; etc. They can undermine the process of visa liberalisation and Prolong for much longer.
