Healing the Doctor Who Says Heals Homosexuality

A doctor who claims he can cure people of homosexuality has been put under investigation by the Swiss government.

Regional Health Minister Mauro Poggia has asked a commission overseeing health professionals and patient rights in the canton to open an investigation into Dr. Jean-Yves Henry.

Minister Poggia said:

For him, homosexuality is a disease that can heal. This element is enough to justify opening an investigation.

The decision came after a large number of comments began to be added to social media about a doctor and an article written by him in 2009 about homosexuality.

The doctor said that homosexuality is not a pathology but a special symptom.

Henry, who is a general physician licensed in Geneva, practices homeopathic therapy that can be used to improve this <x0m>simtom”, with various methods recommended for boys and girls.

The doctor himself said:

Homosexuality is a symptom like any other, like a headache or a fever. I don't understand what the problem is. ”
