Haziri backs Valley Albanians' right to join Kosovo

Gjilan municipality Chairman Lutfi Haziri has hosted the working meeting with political representatives of eastern Kosovo, with whom he has talked about co-ordinated co-operation in the service of citizens on both sides of the border, political and civil rights, but also the union of three municipalities with the Republic of Kosovo, because as he has said [...]
As the municipality of Gjilan reports, Chairman Lutfi Haziri has said they are together in many programmes and engagements for citizens around here and around the border is continuous.
Our joint engagement on many programmes is in the function of solving problems and for better citizens around the border. It's an inseparable territory, despite having a borderline that we have to wait from 4-5 hours in line to cross the border. I've asked the Minister of Internal Affairs that Dobrosini be the second open pass for citizen”, Chairman Haziri said.
Haziri has suggested that the resolution of the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament issued with a consensus of all political parties should be activated by the Speaker of the Parliament, because, as he has said, it is a document envisioning the Kosovo state's clear obligations for civil rights in Kosovo and the obligations of others on the terms and political rights of Albanians in eastern Kosovo.
It is the right time for the Speaker of the Assembly to bring into use the resolution issued in the Kosovo Assembly, which has been supported by political leaders in eastern Kosovo and citizens there, there is no remarks on the part of the international representation present in Kosovo”, Mayor Haziri has said.
He has said that this resolution, at the time the Kosovo dialogue is being established, Serbia would greatly help our delegation -- whoever is that legitimate representative -- to establish principles that clearly guarantee the rights of Albanians there.
There is no stable, complete, prosperous Kosovo Kosovo, and the problem will always remain open. Vienna's Kosovo needs to improve this issue and should the state of Kosovo commit itself to solving the issue of Albanians”, Mayor Haziri has said.
“As far as terms are concerned with territorial exchange, territorial exchange, or territorial division, these are more to intimidate citizens and send fears to Kosovo citizens than if Kosovo status, territory and sovereignty are being affected. This process has nothing to do with this. The Republic of Kosovo is not affected, Kosovo's political status is irreversible and internationally recognised, but the rights of Albanians in eastern Kosovo must be resolved, because they are won by liberation war, not pardoned, and full implementation of the Conquli agreement has not been made. Now when we are talking about other rights, reciprocity is the principle that Kosovo can establish and achieve political right.
For his part, Shukri Imer, chairman of the Nazi Council for Eastern Kosovo, has informed that the three Bujanoc, Presevo and Medvedja municipalities have favoured a document that has entrusted Kosovo institutions, the Parliament, the presidency and the government -- that in current talks that will begin with Serbia -- at any cost to protect the rights and interests of Albanians in the Presevo Valley.
Even Fatmir Hasani, Shqirim Arifi, Albanian Kamberi, Nagip Arifi and Ragmi Mustafa, have presented their stance that they have great expectations in the government of the Republic of Kosovo.
They have said that in these talks there is a great hope for Albanians in eastern Kosovo, from civilian, political rights to joining these three municipalities with the Republic of Kosovo, which is fair, which is also based on the 1992 referendum and which unfortunately have remained divided over years from Serbian punishments under the former Yugoslav organisation.
