Haradinaj talks about the letter he sent to ambassadors for Blakaj

Haradinaj in his letter to Blakaj had assigned the latter a 30-day deadline to conduct investigations in his office where the veterans' lists are located and, at the end of the investigation, hand him a report of findings.
