Germany is investigating who uncovered an arrest warrant for an Iraqi suspect in a case of stabning that sparked violent protests by extreme right groups.
Thousands of people have protested Sunday in the eastern town of Cemnic, after the fatal case.
Unauthorized detection of the warrant has raised concerns about possible links between police and anti-migration groups.
New protests in Cemnic are expected today, while local authorities sought assistance from federal police.
Police have also opened ten cases against extreme right-wing protesters who have given Hitler's greeting during the first day of riots.
Cemnic is in a region where the far-right party Alternative to Germany, and the anti-migrant Pegida movement is particularly strong.
Germany, in 2015, has accepted over a million immigrants, mainly from the Middle East.
The flow of arrest warrants on the right-wing websites is very unusual in Germany, the country that has strict rules for judicial procedures.
