Arber Chakaj is currently being investigated in the two states for the drug trafficking charge.
On February 28th, 613 pounds [613 kg] of cocaine was discovered in a double tool floor.
At the time, the truck was allowed to pass customs procedures, while the intervention was carried out at Czech warehouses.
He denied having anything to do with the event, while it was later banned in the German state.
