The dramatic footage of the body's cameras was released after Louisville police were charged by Colorado's public lawyer that they did not operate within the limits of the law, when police officer Joe Lamb shot at least four times, wounding the driver and killing the passenger dog.
The Louisville Police Department responded to reports that two men took drugs in a parking garage in South Boulder Road, Louisville, Colorado, on June 7th, when the dramatic killings occurred.
