Martin said at a press conference on the issue of journalists whether changing borders could be one of the topics at the next meeting between Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq and Kosovo counterpart Hashim Thaci in September.

He added that Vuciq and Thaci agreed to intensify dialogue and meet in September, and that they had an intensive and productive discussion of the framework of an agreement on a comprehensive and permanent normalisation of relations.

“A sustainable solution means a sustainable and realistic solution in line with international law,” said Martin.

The dialogue with EU mediation, according to him, should encourage the co-operation of both sides and help them progress on the European road and improve the lives of citizens.
