Deday, in an interview for Telegrafio, says such programmes are conducted throughout the year, not with the task-force.
So far, there are still no institutional mechanisms to be taken with accident causes. There is only the Security Council within the Ministry of Infrastructure that is only the director. This council has a budget of only 15 thousand euros”, Dedaj said.
It has shown that the absence of such mechanization is an early problem. Law enforcement and security programmes have a huge change because Kosovo police do not develop programmes because there is no money, does not identify problems of the factor that cause accidents.
Deday says each municipality in Kosovo must make the operational plan of accidents.
“Task-Forca is a change in the location of traffic officers, going from one region to another region or helping a region, these are not developmental programmes. Programs develop throughout the year with concrete steps and intervals of time. Each municipality in Kosovo must make the operational plan of accidents, but this should have institutional support”, Dedaj said.
