William Jefferson Clinton, before becoming president, served as a governor of Arkansas from 1979 to 1981 and again from 1983 to 1992. He is a member of the Democratic Party.
He was born and raised in Arkansas. He met Hillary Rodham in 1975, 43 years ago. After graduating from Yale, Clinton returned to Arkansas and won the election by becoming a very loving figure for Americans as well.
