The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj has approved Kosovo Special Prosecutor's request, recorded as: PPS.r.28/17 of August 8, 2018, for appointing the detention measure to defendants: F. ; J. I; N. S; M.B. M; W. J; K.R.; J. J, while rejecting request for the appointment of the detention measure for suspects A. B; I. J; D.B.; H.A.; G.Z; R.B.; A. A; A. D? The J.M. and the same have assigned home arrest measures due to the alleged suspicion that they have committed criminal participation or organisation of the Article 283 criminal group of KPRK that connects with criminal acts of smuggling of goods from Article 317 of KPR; avoids paying mandatory customs fees by Article 318 of KPRK; avoidance from taxing from Article 313 KPR; trade prohibited by Article 305 KPR; and acts in related to excise products, as directed by KPRSKCS, the Kohakat says, Kohaka.
Furthermore, the defendants are said to have allegedly committed criminal acts as the highest, organised and structured group, participating in criminal activities during the period from July 2017 to August 8, 2018.
The <x0rs of this group organised with other members of the group have managed to organise criminal activities on the basis of which have realised significant illegal incomes in an ongoing way through illegal actions, causing damage to the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo budget, by illegally benefiting about 350,000 euros from smuggling of various goods, including free banners and banners of Macedonia, unworked tobacco, text, motor oil and livestock, which even helped individuals from Kosovo and Macedonia, have introduced through mountainous streets, crossing the mountain line of road, and trucks that have been adapted to the country's country's country's 276-based roads.
The primary procedure judge of the Randa Crime Department has approved the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against eight suspects, while for the nine suspected defendants, he has appointed home arrest measure for a (1) month.
This case, the parties are reportedly complaining against this act did not postpone his execution.
