Deday, in an interview for Telegrafio, says that our country does not have a map of communications that shows the risk of roads.
In Kosovo over 80 percent of vehicles are older than 17 years, which means that our automotive market is totally amortized. When I say over 17 years, that means those vehicles aren't for circulation”, Deday said.
It shows that nothing has been done in the refreshment of the automotive market.
Our state has done nothing to cool the market with new vehicles and make greater security for citizens. No technical analysis has been made to analyze these details and that's why we're here. The government would have done more if you looked at other states that are about how import of autos is made”, he says.
Deday says Kosovo does not have a communications map showing where there is risk.
Kosovo does not have a communications map showing where there is risk of communication and which determines black points. This point is formed through untapped road safety projects. The main element causing accidents in communications is the element of curbing and lighting by over 60 percent of the accident factor”, Dedaj says.
