At the “conference Albanians and Serbs”, organised by the Tanjug agency and the Albanian Telegraph Agency, held in Belgrade, has stressed that normalising relations with Kosovo cannot be done through the confrontation of Serbian society with the past, but with the future, broadcast public television.
Kosovo is lost for Serbia and in dialogue there will be no solution through compromise, Weber has said. “This chance was lost by Serbia in 2011 or 2013”, he stressed.
Weber has sharply criticised Serbian politics, which now the three decenya has instrumentalised the Kosovo issue, misleading public opinion, that it will turn the process on the path to compromise.
The confession of reconciliation between the two peoples represents a misuse on the part of the Serbian government, with the goal of partitioning Kosovo, Weber estimates.
According to him, the agreement between Serbs and Albanians cannot go through Tirana's road Belgrade, but for the most part Pristina Belgrade.
Weber, it has stressed that it is more than necessary to have progress in the process of forming the Serbian Communist Association, while criticising the tendency for discussions on who will rule with territories rather than how to govern.
In this way of thinking, it must be said that through dialogue so far, Kosovo Albanians have won at least, Serbia mostly, while Kosovo Serbs almost nothing, Weber said.
The Weber expert has also criticised Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, who, as Weber “said, tends to act on the father of the Albanian nation”. He can learn from Serbia's distant history that interpreting the role of the nation's father is a bad concept, as history has shown that children always suffer, not the father”.
