More than one ton of cocaine confiscated in Holland

It's about 1 to 125kg of seized cocaine, putting six people in handcuffs, among them an Albanian.

It is learned that narcotics was trafficked from Ecuador into a fishing vehicle.

The operation lasted for about two weeks until the discovery of the shipment and arrest of the suspects was made.

For market value, narcotics exceeded over 22m euros.

The vehicle was taught to transport frozen fish to a company in Zaandam.

This Friday the vehicle arrived at the city hall, when police intervened, blocking the cargo and arresting suspects.

Currently, the investigations are under way, as work follows to apprehend other persons involved. So far, no knowledge has been made, the names of arrested persons.
