The ingredients for four people:
400 grams of Carnaroli rice
300 grams of tomato sauce, which we added to a 1 tablespoon of sugar to remove acidity
200 g drmatina
1 liters of boiling vegetable juice
3 tablespoons of olive oil

50 gm of flat Parmesan cheese or other quality skull cheese
50 grams of cold butter from the refrigerator cut into cubes

Preparation:
In one pot, we fry the onions with olive oil, and when this has become transparent, we add the rice, which we fry for two minutes by constantly mixing with wooden spoons.
We add a ladle of boiling liquid, and when it runs out, we add tomato sauce and another fluid wardrobe. We mix it up and let it boil by adding boiling liquid as needed.
Two minutes before the rice is cooked, we drop cut tomatoes in the middle, hand - torn boszillo, and we add salt.
After the rice is boiled, we remove it from the fire, add cold butter from the refrigerator cut into small cubes, cheese, and mix it with wooden spoons.
