In a statement to Kosova Press, the Constitutional Prosecutor's Prosecutor in Prizren, simultaneously co-ordinator for the media there, Petrit Kryeziu, has said the prosecutor of the case has announced that the labour inspectorate has come to the scene today to investigate the case, but has not yet submitted a report to the prosecution.
Until the Labour Inspectorate report is brought in, the same situation remains, that is, there is still no person arrested or suspected”, he said.
Seldin Aliu, according to data provided by police at noon Friday, was reported to have fallen into one of the factory processing machines, and lost their lives accidentally.
The factory had begun two weeks earlier to help the family get out of poverty for the 250 - dollar salary that it said had agreed to work at a young age.
Labour Law allows work on children aged 15 and 16, but they have the right to work only light jobs, not in closed environments, and no more than 30 hours a week.
