The architecture of the negotiating team's structure has already been finalised, designed to represent Kosovo in the final dialogue with Serbia. It is made up of the high-level team and eight separate groups. The president last week has warned of the creation of teams that will be engaged in the final phase of the dialogue.
“Koha Ditore” has secured Tuesday's draft of the negotiating team structure that holds the status of the confidential document, but does not contain logo. The document has an organram format.
At the top of the structure is the “The negotiator of Kosovo”. It envisions being the carriers of state institutions and leaders of political parties represented in the Assembly.
Start beneath it is “Strategic Group”. Presentation in this body is envisioned to be at the level of parliamentary group chiefs, or even the proposed political forces in the Parliament. In addition, representatives of civil society are presented to be representatives at this forum.
There are seven other professional groups.
