Those who on Saturday raided the border crossing point at Merdare have faced long expectations, KTV reports.
While columns at the exit of this border were smaller, exiles have been forced to wait at the border for hours.
E A day earlier Interior Minister Bejtush Gashi asked fellow countrymen not to exploit the border checkpoint in Merdare, due to the work being done in it.
And if the Ministry of Internal Affairs decides to implement the resolution adopted in the Kosovo Assembly, then the transition to exiles will be much easier. This resolution envisions reducing to minimum control procedures for border crossings for exiles and providing only random checks. Under the resolution, only possession of border police per car should be controlled during the entry into the border to ensure possible car damage. That relief, according to the resolution, is designed to apply from July 15th to September 15th this year.
But, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has not been able to provide an answer to this resolution.
