Instead of waiting until your cycle comes and the wombs of “break” out of pain you can ease the latter by:
Raised Endorphin Levels
To avoid feeling tired before periods, train yourself, engage in sport or physical activity to promote the production of <x0beta-orthorphins”, chemicals that reduce menstrual pain.
Do Not Stress
Stress exacerbates the perception of pain, Brighton says, adding that for this reason training is even more important.

Rebalan the diet

Brighton says it helps keep blood sugar at optimum levels and generally helps your body functions.
If you know that your pain is strong, don't expect to be started, but get your medication as soon as you feel the lighter.
Brightonn says that non-species inflammatory inflammation, or NAID as ibuprofen or naproxen, are the best in preventing the pain of the cycle.
