The presidency says the Accession Team has approved regulation and work plan

The Preparation Team has been established to build technical and legal infrastructure for the Commission for Truth and Approval. It consists of four representatives of state institutions, the presidency, the Government and the Assembly of Kosovo, as well as 5 representatives from civil society and experts in confrontation processes with the past.

When this team was established, Thaci said the Commission aims to create a unified nature for the past.

This team has been operating since May 1st 2018 and meets at regular weekly bases. With the approval of the basic documents of the Preparation Team, the work will now focus on the preparation of judicial acts, documents and space of the Commission for Truth and Deposit”, the presidency said.

The Preparation Team has 18 months to complete its work.
