The main political subjects in the country are pointing to criticism, as they are far from reaching a consensus for the final phase of dialogue with Serbia. They are required responsibility for the process, writes Koha Ditore today.
Without being mandated by the Parliament, and only with the support of several subjects which make up the government that has already lost the parliamentary majority, President Hashim Thaci has represented Kosovo at the first stage of the dialogue process. The opposition opposes it being at the head of the Kosovo delegation. And, exactly this rejection, on one hand, and Thaci's insistence that he be in charge of the negotiating troops, on the other, has led the consensus away.
