This bill, which is expected to be approved in Government within this week, after completing public discussions, envisions people of politics, or fivefold more than teachers, writes Koha Ditore today.
In addition to teachers, disappointed with this bill are the health union, the Police Inspectorate, customs officials, the Kosovo Agency for Forenzice, the Central Election Commission, the Kosovo Privatisation Agency and the Kosovo Union of Air Traffic Controls Association.
The last two have demanded that they not be involved in this bill at all, as their salaries have said are not provided by Kosovo's budget, but by the revenues provided by these two companies.
However, this bill, even after the adoption of the Assembly, will take at least six months to enter into force.
