Even so, the opposition has decided not to remove the “red line” for the head of state.
The adoption of any agreement reached in this process depends on the vote of political subjects in the opposition, which contest the legitimacy of the head of state for representation of the country in dialogue.
The KDI survey has shown that only 31 per cent of respondents think the negotiating group should lead any of the opposition party leaders, while 44 per cent have claimed to the president.
A day earlier, the paper has secured the draft of the negotiating body, which holds the status of the confidential document. At the top is the “Ekipi Negotiator of Kosovo”, which is designed to consist of the carriers of state institutions and political party leaders. Start under it is “Strategic Group”. Then there are seven other professional groups, among which the “group for legal issues”, “Group for demarcation” and “Group for reconciliation and pardon”.
