The presidencys have confirmed on Wednesday that the team has already been constitutionalised, since it will be at the meeting before the summer vacation period begins for European Union institutions, but also for Kosovo institutions.
Kosovo's “Republic has fully operational negotiating team, which is led by President”, has told the newspaper Bekim Colaku, chief adviser to President Hashim Thaci. The negotiator “Ekipi consists of the carriers of state institutions -- that is, the president, the prime minister, and the leaders of parliamentary political parties that are part of the ruling” coalition.
