Serbian authorities have reacted after Kosovo's top diplomat received an invitation from Bosniaks' National Council Chairman Sulejman Uglan, on July 21st and 22nd to visit Sandzak.
The invitation to participate in this conference in Novi Pazar, which was issued yesterday to the deputy prime minister, has alarmed Serbian authorities.
Invited by Bosnian leader Sulejman Uglan, Pacolli has applied for permission to Serbian authorities, however, has officially received no answers.
However, based on the Brussels Free Movement Agreement, if the response to political visits is not refused, then it is quietly approved.
Jethlir Zyberaj of MPJ has told Express that Pacolli will leave for Sandzak based on the previous agent.
“Pacolli will travel to Novi Pazar tomorrow to attend the Bosnians' forum. That means he goes to Sandzak, based on the Brussels Free Movement Agreement. We haven't received answers yet but silence by agreement means approval of the visit”, Zymber said.
Pacolli in Serbia will travel as chief of Kosovo diplomacy, as has been extended to the Bosniaks' National Council.
On the other hand, Serbia's so-called director of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government, Marko Djuric, has told Serbian media that Serbia will react seriously, responsibly and with dignity to Pacolli's invitation.
The Bosnian National Council has invited Pacolli to visit Novi Pazar and Raska on July 21st and 22nd. Pacolli was invited to the quality of Kosovo's deputy prime minister and foreign minister to talk about human rights.
The Serbian media, on the other hand, report that Kosovo's foreign minister, whose Serbian state seems not to give permission to go to Sandzak, at a rally of Bosniaks, will go there privately.
