Location closes spring session

The news he delivered following the failure to vote for the draft resolution regarding dialogue with Serbia, presented by MP Visar Ymer.
Haliti found that there are 44 deputies in the hall, so there are no quorums and that the proposal-resolta has not been harmonised by MPs, Kallox.com reports.
Due to lack of quorum and lack of Government for the autumn session, several bills were also postponed.
