The singer who doesn't sing, called him Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumez. That's what he is, says Kurti, head “without (main)akakuz.

Only 10% of households in Kosovo pay bribes when they receive basic services. I mean. There is no massive participation in corruption, it is much lower than in nearby countries, for example. in Montenegro is 34%. This, according to Transparency International 2016's Global Corruption Barometer, quoted in the State Anti-Corruption Strategy 2018-2022 and Action Plan.

The problem is that prosecutors and judges fear the government and oligarchs rather than vice versa. As a singer who doesn't sing, such is Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumez: Chief Prosecutor without (chief)akuz.
