Kurti said he does not think corruption in Kosovo is a culture of society, as different reports have proved that only 10 per cent of citizens pay for services given to them.
“Corruption in Kosovo is not a culture but it is a system, corruption is great not because it is widespread, but because it is high on high levels and it is in accordance with my belief that in Kosovo we don't have many thieves and thefts, but we have a lot of looting and stealing that it becomes a bit of a tangled by ordinary people, while plundering, and even armed robbery because the system is a weapon, are done by people in the” system, he said.
Kurti added that Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumez is more afraid of Justice Minister Abelar Tahiri than is chief minister.
