The effort to employ people with or without merit in Kosovo institutions has often generated positions that should not exist.
It seems like a joke to the official's position for photocopiers, however, that position exists in the Kosovo Government body.
National Co-ordinator for state reform, Besnik Tahiri, has said that while the government is working on drafting the bill for state officials, it has faced various positions.
One of them, as Tahiri has shown, is that of the official for photocopies.
However, he has said such positions have remained since UNMIK's time, and there has been no will to be removed.
In all Kosovo institutions, the number of employees is 81 thousand.
