In an answer, Lushtaku's office has clarified this situation.

In contrast, Bekim Jashar in a statement today has said that a Lushtak edge has not been sincere during campaign time, so according to him, problems in government are now being caused.
“Sami Lushtaku in the last campaign has publicly supported my candidacy, but to be realistic, that statement has only been about media, since it hasn't been honest since then, just as it hasn't been true today.
