Pristina Hasan
Rome, August 26, 1933
As confirmation of what we have communicated to the sender of Albanian political refugee Hasan Bey Pristina's assassination, it turns out that Zara's political refugees were informed that the killers coming from Tirana to kill refugees were accompanied by the personal administration of King Zog, Muharem Bajraktari, and by the renowned Zorophire Fiqri Dino, who covered the killers themselves at the moment of their landing in Italy. Albanian political refugees of all trends complain that the Italian press has not dealt with the Pristina person, who was always a playful Italian, and that, when taken away, it has done it by receiving news from French newspapers that have, in this case, published communiques with obvious Yugoslav inspiration. For this point they quote the script brought by “Pete Parisie” in Paris, from the newspaper “The fascist Regime” The Kremlin, which defines Pristina as Yugoslav.
Rome, August 21, 1933
The recent murder of an Albanian refugee in Thessaloniki gave me the opportunity to explain that, even in Italy, assassins in charge of carrying out similar revenges against resident refugees in the Kingdom have arrived or must soon come.
Among these assassins are Albanian regular army officers, as well as a diplomatic representative, a Catin Saraci, consul o zv.consul career that has for a time covered this post in Vienna. He is well-known in Albanian environments and goes to Rome often.
Rome, August 21, 1933
By referring to the news given long ago (i.e. which Chatin Saraci, the Albanian consul general in Vienna, is the man who has the greatest trust in King Zog, we learn last Saturday Cetin Saraci was passing through to Rome on his way to Tirana. The same day Hasan Bey Pristina's murder occurred, King Zog has urgently called on Cetin Saraci who effectively left Vienna.
As for Hasan Bey Pristina's murder, we also learn that the ambassador of this assassination was King Zog himself and that direct lawmakers have taken care of choosing the killer among their Yugoslav Albanian partisans to give all the allegations of another base.
Hasan Bey Pristina had long transferred his newspaper's directorate from Kostanca to Thessaloniki and exactly closer to the Albanian border to making its propaganda more efficient.
The king considered Hasan Bey's position near the border a real danger.
Chatin Saraci's immediate call could be about the new situation created following Hasan's death among Albanian refugees.
Vienna, August 19, 1933
Pristina's murder has done a lot of damage locally, because as it has been reported, his killer has been looking for him here. Pristina was not well seen here, and he should thank Dr. Funder, editor-in-chief of “Reichspost” and the interference of the Ministry Fey if he could stay here 14 days.
Rome, August 19, 1933
Albania's local league, which has had contacts with Albanian Chatin Saraci during this individual's stay in Rome, had prepared before the Albanian Telegraph Agency distributed its own -- a statement to Italian press, announcing that Hasan Bey Pristina's murder was Yugoslav. It is easy to understand that this communique had been consulted by Saraci himself.
From further information, I can assure you that Saraci, a question directed by Kodelj about her country, answered in the presence of very rhetorical witnesses but spoke of the trip from Fiume (Reeque) to Trieste and that from Venice to Rome, implying that he came from Yugoslavia.
It has also been proven that Pristina's killer has been in contact with Saraci in Nice and then in Austria, and he has shown in confidence to the Albanian regime that, in addition to intimate pleasure, he wanted to give Yugoslavia a test of the link by getting rid of an Albanian element that gave more than all the trouble in international contexts, especially the League of Nations dictatorship of Belgrade by presenting marks against Serb oppression of Kosovo Albanian official territories.
Pristina figured for the Albanian regime as a tool of Italy and Hungary, which, always according to Tirana, held as reserve for the possible foreign affairs minister of his country.
Cetin Saraci urgently had to return to Tirana and seemed anxious to reach that country to receive the promised reward for his work.
For those informed by Albanian political refugees, the name of Shefqet Bej Vllac, former head of the Council of Ministers, is done with perseverance as one of the appointed to be eliminated by Tirana's killers, because he is considered a close friend of the fascist government.

Subject: Hasan Bey Pristina
In the coming days, a prominent Albanian refugee, Hasan Bey Pristina, coming from Vienna, via Trieste, will go to Zara to meet with Dervis Bey Mitrovica; it will remain three or four days to follow Greece by plane via Zara-Brindisi.
In view of his mission, it would be appropriate for Hasan Bey Pristina, equipped with regular passports issued by Istanbul's Prefecture, not to submit any measure of surveillance.

It clearly turns out that Albania's local Legata has been informed of the refugee's presence in Rome of Hasan Bey Pristina. It also turns out that the senior diplomatic office has informed the Tirana Government of this fact, linking contemporary presence in our Pristina capital with a known Italian believer, resident in the Austrian capital.
Albania's highly quoted legatus is at this moment making investigations to reveal the reasons for his country's political refugee coming to Rome that she believes is in good relations with Italian political circles.
