Clan Kosova Director Baton Haxhiu, who has been with them on the plane, has announced the news saying Pacolli's private plane, with which the Kosovo delegation was located, had had an incident because as the carefreeness of Tirana's air tower, had travelled to the airline that had taken it to the territory of Republika Srpska, which is controlled by Serbia.
All this situation, which according to Haxhiu almost ended in a diplomatic incident, where the three former KLA leaders -- now leaders of Kosovo institutions -- could be banned by Serbian authorities, was caused by the carelessness of the airport tower in Tirana, which was supposed to give the aircraft directors to Brindisi, rather than to the airspace of Republika Srpska.
Haxhiu has said that this situation had been observed, Pacolli had also been spared, since at this moment he had ordered the pilot to return the plane to Tirana.
So the Kosovo delegation headed for Brussels had returned to Tirana, and now again through the Brindisi airline had gone to Brussels, where members of the Kosovo delegation are now.
