The head of Turkey's National Intelligence Agency (MIT), Hakan Fidan, resigned at the weekend, which was not approved by Erdogan.
Fidan was always seen as one of Erdogan's most loyal allies, and his motives are expected to be revealed.
“I told him (Fidan) slowly and clearly: I don't believe your decision is fair”, Erdogan said.
I don't see the right thing. Unfortunately, he thinks such a step is the right thing for him and therefore did so”, the former Turkish prime minister stressed.
According to the Turkish president, at the time of combating enemies and Gylen's ties in Turkey, Fidan's resignation is inadequate.
