The MMPH is against any activity that, as a result, has environmental degradation and air pollution”, the MMPH report said.
This minister also takes responsibility away from himself by explaining the issue of granting permission for such cases and making the Ministry of B=Brent Affairs responsible.
The license code for using fireworks in the Republic of Kosovo is regulated by Law No. 04/L-022 P USE FITNESS TO EXPOSIVES, and the competent organ for such permits is the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The MMPH believes that while granting permission to use these fireworks all criteria required under this law have been implemented, given the environmental consequences of”, the media communiqué reported.
