Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister: The cow develops the state
Deputy Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development Minister Shukri Maxhuni has been released a piece of his two-day report, writes Periscopi.
It seems that the deputy minister in question was doing some sort of simplification of the work done so far, with a cow in the heart of his work program.
There is also a picture of some cows eating grass in this report, and a saying underneath that is written by Deputy Minister “The milk bites are the factory. Hence, the host has a factory (like!)”.
Maxhu has provided himself with a prefix “Dr. Sc.” after name has added “Prof.assis. ”
The Kosovo government currently has over 70 deputy ministers, and has been constantly criticised for their large number, unable to provide a sustainable explanation for their need. The deputy ministers are suspected to be part of the political parties' clientistic schemes in the government coalition, and that a large number of them do no work. /Periscopi
