According to a recent study in Canada, people who wake up early in the morning are happier than those who wake up late.
This, for a very simple reason: The morning transmits much positive energy, and people are happier at this time of the day.
University of Toronto researchers have concluded who wakes up early is more likely to be well - being. It is different from the group that wakes up late, mostly young people. Those who find it difficult to get out of bed in the morning are the lazy who start the day late and undaunted.
During the survey, attended by a group of 450 people (age 18 to 38) and another group of 300 (age 59 to 79) have found that the age group tended to wake up early in the morning, while the younger ones slept late at night and, as a result, got up late in the morning.
Of the age group of about 60, only 7 percent slept late, while from the youth group, only 7 percent had a paced life in the morning.
Older people are those who give more positive energy than young people and they woke up earlier in the morning than young people, researchers say.
And the benefits are some, which most refer to time and quiet:
Time for breakfast
Time for Sports Activity
Time to prepare for work
Time in Traffic
Getting up early in the morning affects emotional well - being. The people involved will feel healthy because they sleep well. Quality sleep has a positive effect on the immune system. Perhaps because this standard is more compatible with social organization.
