State Ark: 870m euros in revenues, 855m euros in expenditures

The report on this period reveals total revenues in the amount of 870m euros, which marks an increase of 6% compared to the preceding six months, resulting mainly from the increase of regular tax revenues. Spending during this period amounts to 855m euros, marking growth of 10% more than the same period of the year. The increase is caused by high execution of capital investments. The payment balance at the end of this year's first quarter is positive.
The government today has approved the decision to establish the commission that will deal with preparing the proposal. The commission will be guided by a representative of the Prime Minister's Office and in composition with representatives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Management of Local Power, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the European Integrity, the Ministry of Public Administration, the Emergency Management Agency, Kosovo Police and the Kosovo Commission Association. The commission will use the professional support of relevant local and international institutions and organisations.
Today's meeting has also approved the environmental cleanup Task Force decision. This Task Force will deal with campaign organisation and action “Clear Kosovo”, from September 15th to December 15th 2018.
On September 15th, mass action on waste laundering in Kosovo will be organised, and more than 50,000 volunteers are planned to mobilise. The action has received the unreserved support of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj. Task Force will have an operational plan that will include all institutional actors and representatives from non-governmental organisations for cleaning up Kosovo's general. The campaign project's co-ordinator will be the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, which will report every month to Government for its implementation.
The government has continued its mandate for three years, chief executive of the Kosovo Forest Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development.
The government cabinet at today's meeting has reviewed and adopted the Bill on Kosovo's Accession in the Agreement to Found the Regional School of Public Administration ( ReSPA). With this agreement, the Republic of Kosovo advances international and regional status.
The Government's approval at today's meeting has also received the draft for ratification of the loan agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Investment Bank for the Pristina-Peje Highway project, the Kijevo-Zahq segment.
The signed agreement provides the Republic of Kosovo with a loan in the amount of 80m euros, which will be used to implement the Pristina-Peje highway Project, the Kijevo-Zhaq segment.
The government cabinet also passed the Air Protection Bill. The new bill to regulate this area is in line with European legislation and aims to regulate and ensure citizens' right to live in a clean air environment, health protection, flora and wildlife, as well as the natural and cultural values of the environment in our country.
The modern-day meeting of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has also approved regulation for change and completion of the regulation for internal organisation and systematisation of jobs at the Ministry of Internal Affairs. With changes made to this regulation, the creation of the Division for Prevention and Reintegration of Radicalised Persons under the Public Security Department will be allowed.
The government's approval has also received a change in the decision of the Joint Committee on the Central European Free Trade Agreement to define the concept of “original output”. The decision has been adjusted to the Regional Convention on the PEPEA Rules Pan Euro Mediterranean.
With the decision adopted at today's cabinet meeting, candidates for heads of the Energy Regulatory Office Board have been nominated. The proposed list is:

Bekim Jakupi
The list of candidates will be prosecuted in the Kosovo Assembly, which will make the selection of the board's chairman of the Energy Regulatory Office.
The strategy for local economic development 2019-23 has been approved by the Government of Kosovo. The strategy supports the establishment of governing capacities in law enforcement, establishing a business partnership climate, creating opportunities for activities and spaces for civil society, and citizens directly influencing local governance.
Two initiatives by the Ministry of Interior Affairs for signing agreements with the Republic of Panama have received approval from the Government of the Republic of Kosovo: Agreement for “Co-operation in the field of fighting organised crime”, and Agreement for “Implementation of an exchange mechanism for migraine warnings and security information”.
The prime minister has asked government cabinet members to determine their operating budgets involving the Prizren Innovation and Training Park.
Trade and Industry Ministers have proposed and the government cabinet has approved the decision to fulfil and change the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision on implementing provisional decisions on safeguards in importing trees and vegetables and producing milk from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
